Test it with manger login same issue we get

Now, Let’s work on access roles and role to object.

Create an access role name

Save. Done.

Create a role to object.

Go to privileges tab

Save. Done.

Now, add this access role into managers access group

Save. Done.

Create a case and test it to see if PVFA displaying or not: Login with manager

Test the same using Admin login

Done.
